My take on the gay kissing scene in The Walking Dead and beyond. A little more detail. E-mail I sent to AMC Network: Dear Sir or Madam
I am writting this because I was offended and uncomfortable about being forced to watch a gay kissing scene in "The Walking Dead" tv series.
There was no advance warning prior to the scene and I feel my civil rights were violated by not giving me an opportunity to decide rather to watch the scene or not. By giving me no choice I was forced by AMC to watch the scene in conflict with my 1st amendment freedom of religious beliefs. The scene made me feel very uncomfortable, I will not watch AMC or "The Walking Dead" again. I never missed a show and was a big fan. I cannot in good conscience ever watch AMC again, I have lost trust in your network. I do think I should be compensated for not respecting my religious beliefs enough to at least give a prior warning.
Thank you,
